Free shipping on orders over $150
At American Standard, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and predictable, so here is exactly how shipping works.
Order processing. Orders placed through our website are processed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In periods of very high order volume there may be a slight delay, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as we can. If we expect a significant delay, we will let you know by email.
Shipping rates. Shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders of $150 or under are charged a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship. We ship to street addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and international shipping is not available at this time. Some states and localities restrict the delivery of vapor products; if your address is in a restricted area, checkout will let you know before you pay.
Discreet packaging. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate what is inside.
Tracking your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
Lost or damaged shipments. Every order is packaged carefully, but once a package is with the carrier we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier promptly to open a claim, and keep all packaging materials and the damaged items for the claim process. Let us know as well and we will help where we can.
