Shipping & Delivery
- Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it with care and send it on its way within 1–2 business days.
- Once dispatched, your parcel usually arrives within 2–8 business days, depending on where you live and which courier covers your area — so most orders land within 3–10 business days of ordering.
- We'll email your tracking details within 1 business day of dispatch, so you always know where your parcel has reached.
- Shipping is free on every order of $150 and above. For anything below that, your rate is based on the state you live in and will be shown to you at checkout.
- Arrived faulty or damaged? You have 7 days from the day it reaches you to request a replacement or send it back to us. Full conditions are set out on our Shipping Policy & Returns page.
